Teckcast 000.1 - first run @ audio

This is a test broadcast of the Teckcast soon to be provided here on thepizzy.net. It is a test of audio quality, file-size, stream update frequency, and other things that need to be measured before producing real content. The next effort will be video and then mixing in the sound card (which is actually more difficult than it should be with Vista).

According to my calculations, 45 sec clip == 703kb .mp3 file for this episode. At that rate, every 1:06 minute == 1mb (1024 kb) .mp3 file.

I'm going to try a 64kb version, or possibly see about different versions. The planned lengths are somewhere around 30-40 minutes - that would put it at 28mb-37mb at the current bit-rate, which I believe is 128...could be 256, I didn't check before trying.
